fulfilment, payroll & invoicing, etc.
As well
as the core business processes of job order
processing, candidate registration, search,
placement, invoicing and payroll, Virgo also supports

being based on web technologies Virgo fully supports

consultants, affiliates, etc.
Product extensions, if required, can be completed at

Virgo integrates with
the Accounting and Finance system of your choice,
meaning that you do not need to change accounting
system, and that your finance and accounting

provide you with comprehensive reporting while your
staff members go about their daily activities. With

reducing your overheads.
In Virgo, Client
Relationship Management is a subset of Contact
Relationship Management. All "Activities" conducted
by any staff member or other user of the system are

Availability
Virgo provides comprehensive
availability processing that is automatically
referenced during search & select processing. Virgo
automatically maintains availability as a person is
assigned to a job or project. Availability has 3
components:
Skills Management
This supports the
creation of Skills, formation of Skill Sets, and
application of skills and skill sets to individuals,
business units, jobs, branches, order types and
organisations. When placing an order, Skills are
"inherited" from clients, branches, business units,
order type, and other objects directly into the job.
This saves from minutes to hours in job set-up, and
provides significant improvements in customer
service and management reporting.
Qualifications Management
Virgo allows
you to create an unlimited number of Tertiary
Disciplines (Faculties, and other generalised areas
like "Trade", etc), then to apply fields of study
(Majors, Specific Trades, etc). There are no
restrictions on how many Tertiary Disciplines or
Fields of Study are created, nor on the number
applied to each individual.
Integrated Document Management
Virgo includes a Document
Management tool that allows documents to be loaded,
stored, and monitored on the server. Virgo keeps
your documents securely and centrally, with
automatic key word searching and cross-matching to
staff, jobs, candidates, and clients.
Tender Management
This allows you to respond to
Invitations to Tender and Requests for Information; sharing documents and other
files amongst the tender response team -- all in the
familiar Virgo™ environment.
e-Tempus™ Electronic Time & Attendance
This provides web-based, single entry,
multi-party authorisation, and includes features
that permit different timesheet templates for
different job types, clients, branches, and business
units. It accepts times captured through the
e-Tempus online timesheets, or through third-party
phone, swipe card, palm print or other time capture
systems.
Payroll
Virgo
has a comprehensive in-built payroll subsystem. Also
Virgo may be integrated
into any payroll system directly or by providing
tailored downloads from the Time & Attendance
module.
Virgo's
in-built payroll is powered by the leading
Australian payroll solution: Wage Easy. Wage Easy is
both fully integrated and optional. Although we
strongly recommend Wage Easy's powerful payroll and
HRIS solution as an integrated part of Virgo, we
recognise that many recruitment firms may already
use a different payroll system.
Wage
Easy includes Award Interpretation, Agreed Pay
Scales, Allowances & Deductions, Leave Entitlements,
Public Holidays and RDO's, Superannuation, Pay Slips
and Group Certificates, Online payslips, Workers
Compensation, Automated Termination, Electronic
Payments, Career Development, Tax Reporting, and
many HRIS features required by any business,
including support for formal appraisals & warning,
training, skills development, etc.
Accounting & Finance
Virgo
integrates into the Accounting System of your
choice. This integration is seamless. However,
intrinsic to Virgo are all of the operational and
control financial data capture and reporting
required to run and control all operations and
operational processes.
Virgo will integrate with any off-the-shelf or
custom built accounting system that supports either
data uploads or a direct interface. Some of these

Support and Help Desk is included in usage-based
access, and may be purchased separately for other
forms of licensing.
We also offer a fully managed Application Service
(ASP) service which ensures your staff, clients and
candidates always receive the help that they need.
